Yet another build has been released to Developers and it suggests that the next update to Mac OS X is nearing completion. 10.4.2 seems aimed at killing every known bug in Mac OS as well as adding functionality to the current system.
One notable addition is the "Dashboard Manager" which is a Dashboard widget that lists all active and inactive widgets. Previous information on Dashboard manager can be found here.
