It has been confirmed by the Boston Globe newspaper that Apple is building a 4 story Flasgship Store in Boston.

The store will be positioned at 815 Bolyston Avenue, it is unclear how the store will look but it'll certainly be very large having four stories. The build is a demolish and then build as the current space is taken by a two story building.
