Apple today released ExpressCard Update 1.0 for the MacBook Pro which "resolves an issue that prevented the system from sleeping when some cards are inserted in the ExpressCard/34 slot."
The update requires a MacBook Pro and Mac OS X 10.4.7 and is 492KB in size.
