Apple Readying iTunes Update
Reports sent to World of Apple point towards a potential update to the one week old iTunes 7.0.
Apple is said to be working "feverishly" to resolve major bugs with the software and ship an update, expected to be iTunes 7.0.1.
Airport Update Imminent
In a similar fashion to the iSight camera showing ship dates in October the Airport Extreme base station is now showing ship time estimates in mid-November.
Apple resellers who were contacted by World of Apple have confirmed that stock of Airport Extreme base stations is difficult to come by.
It is unknown what Apple plans for the Airport Extreme base station but the 802.11n standard is not due for ratification until well into 2007.
125,000 Movie Downloads in First Week
Disney's CEO Rob Iger said on Tuesday that 125,000 movie downloads have been made in the last week worth $1 million in revenue.
Iger also noted that he expects movie downloads to generate $50 million in added revenue in it's first year.
