It is being reported that Apple executive Phil Schiller has been quoted saying on a telephone interview that Apple is seeing "tremendous" interest when referring to the iPod shuffle.
Schiller went on to say that it shipped "exactly when we expected" followed by "the early response and reviews have been phenomenal."
When questioned about the upcoming shopping season he said "We're really excited about the holiday period."
