Reports over the weekend claimed that Apple UK has discontinued its mail-in repair service.
In the past Apple offered the ability to mail-in Macs covered by warranty or AppleCare. The service allowed customers to return Macs using a supplied box from Apple.
Apple is now suggesting that customers take machines in need of repair to the nearest Apple reseller or Apple Store.
