Precise Details of Future Sydney Store Revealed

ifoAppleStore has revealed detailed and exclusive plans of the upcoming Sydney Apple Store.

The drawings which include architectural drawings which were submitted to the Sydney planning department in October 2006.

On February 6 2007 the plans were approved and revealed for the first time.

The store will consist of three floors, the first two dedicated to sales of Macs and iPods while the top floor will provide customer support with a massive genius bar.

The renovations of the current premises at 77 King Street will likely cost in excess of $15 million, the final store will have 15,000 square feet of retail space with a fantastic glass facade with a 10-foot hanging Apple in the middle.

A render of the future building, the facade which is barely visible actually sticks out creating a glass box on the front the building.
