iPhone Restore Image
World of Apple readers are reporting that an iPhone OS Restore images is available for download from Apple's website.
The image was discovered through iTunes, which offers to restore an iPhone to factory settings in the event of a problem. The download comes in .zip format and contains two DMG files one of which is password protected.
The download is 93MB in size. (Direct download link)
Apple Posts Launch Day Galleries
Apple has posted a selection go galleries from what it calls "Day One." Apple's website contains launch day images from the following stores; Fifth Avenue, Fashion Valley, Lincoln Road and North Michigan Avenue.
