O2 Wins iPhone in the UK [Updated x 2]

As rumoured and predicted over the last few months, O2 and Apple announced today O2 will carry the iPhone in the UK.

The iPhone will be sold in Apple Stores, O2 Stores and Carphone Warehouse Stores across the UK for £269 inc. VAT. The iPhone will ship on November 9th.

O2 announced the following details on the iPhone in the UK:

  • Unlimited data for all plans
  • £35, 200 minutes, 200 SMS
  • £45, 600 minutes, 500 SMS
  • £55, 1200 minutes, 500 SMS
  • 18 month contract.
  • Uses EDGE
