According to the The MacObserver, Psystar's attorneys petitioned the Court for an additional extension to respond to Apple's Complaint filed on July 8, 2008 in United States District Court, Northern District of California. It appears that Apple agreed to this extension. Of note, the Agreed Stipulation filed states that there is a possibility that a Counterclaim might be filed by Psystar against Apple, and that an Answer, rather than some other responsive pleading such as a Motion to Dismiss, will be filed.
