On Tuesday Apple gave the 17-inch MacBook Pro a quiet update, offering more speed and large hard drive options, notably absent was the case redesign and environmental improvements that its little brother the 15-inch MacBook Pro received.
AppleInsider has chimed in reporting that despite rumours of the 17-inch MacBook Pro's demise the notebook will in fact see a refresh in the next few months to bring it in line with the 15-inch.
