Last week it was reported via DigiTimes by the Chinese-language Economic Daily News paper that Quanta would be manufacturing the newly updated iMac rumoured for release next month.
Today the EDN has reverted on that initial report and instead writes that Foxconn is manufacturing the updated iMac, shipment figures of 800,000 units per month remain true.
The new report also contains an additional piece of information, noting that iMac's cooling module will be supplied by FPC and Auras Technology.
