Apple Begins New iPhone Production?

Several sources who are mainly citing "component suppliers" say that Apple is beginning to ship parts that would be used to assemble iPhones. The report which comes from Taiwan based Commercial Times did not cite any particular components.

Meanwhile DigiTimes is reporting that Apple has placed an order for 100 million 8Gb NAND flash chips, the majority from Samsung Electronics.

A new iPhone is rumoured to begin shipping in June.
