Following the announcement of next weeks September 9th media event popular Apple analyst Gene Munster predicted on Tuesday that the event would see the release of a new update Apple TV.
The Loop now refutes this stating that "very reliable sources" have said that an update Apple TV is not slated for next weeks media event.
What is expected at next weeks event is a slew of new iPods and a significant update to iTunes.
