'Joint Venture' Support Service Debuts

As expected by rumours earlier this week Apple has debuted its Joint Venture extended service plan for businesses. Joint Venture costs $499 (£379) and offers support on up to 5 machines.

On the Joint Venture website Apple outlines three main areas where it will assist small companies to get up and running. They include getting machines setup and transferring data, three two-hour training sessions and hands on workshops, dedicated support, updates and a loaner program if a machine is being repaired.

Members signed up to Joint Venture can visit an online portal to pick service reservations, view account information or renew their service.
