This week Forbes released its annual list of world billionaires ranking Steve Jobs in 110th place, tied with Sunil Mittal. Forbes list Steve Jobs' net worth at $8.3 billion up from $5.5 billion last year which placed him in 136th place. Steve Jobs is the 34th richest person in the US.
Steve Jobs continues to be paid just $1 in annual salary from Apple and the majority of his worth comes from the $4.4 billion in stock he holds in Disney. 96% of Jobs' wealth is in securities held in trust with $284 million in assets.
