Both Mobili.no and iPhoneclub.nl have reported that internal memos from carriers in Scandinavian countries have indicated that the white iPhone will go on sale on April 27.
We received this information through an anonymous tip from someone who works BelCompany. Then we started looking for other people who BelCompany works that could confirm the information. That was the case: they indicate that an internal memo was circulated, indicating the date of April 27 for the white iphone called April.
A report from AppleInsider also states that over the weekend Apple began preparing its retail segment "for the imminent launch of the company's much-anticipated white iPhone 4 models". According to the report Apple retail stores began receiving promotional material over the weekend and some stores have said to have received stock but told to hold onto it for now.
The reports come just days after a 16GB white iPhone 4 was photographed, after purportedly being purchased from a Vodafone store in the UK. The model number is shown as MC604B/A.
