Update: Memo confirmed to contain a typo
Third party Verizon retailer Russell Cellular has circulated a memo this week that This is my next has become privy to. The memo mentions both a 32GB and 64GB iPhone, and although could be a genuine error the blog has reportedly received from multiple tipsters a similar memo.
Apple already manufactures a 64GB iPod touch so has the capacity to ramp production to such a level.
