World of Apple reported on speculation referring to a future iTunes Move Store just a few days ago, but it appears now that the New York Times is also joining in the rumour mongering.
The newspaper reports that Apple has been speaking with executives at major studios, including 20th Century, Disney, Warner Brothers and Universal for many weeks.
"Jobs has been participating in the negotiations and telling studio executives in Los Angeles that he wants to have a deal in place by the autumn," people involved in the negotiations told the paper.
The newspaper report also mentions that Steve Jobs will attend his first Disney board meeting this month.
