On August 22, the European Office of Harmonization published Apple’s latest trademark under application number 005269221.
iMovie is listed as an official trademark since July 2003 as well as some parts of the trademark which appear to date back to 1999.
The new filing appears to include some key changes, the original filing covered International Class 9 covering computer hardware and software where as the new parts of the filing cover International Classes 38, 42 and 42. Which cover communications and telecommunications services, entertainment and education services; provision of electronic publications (not downloadable); providing on-line electronic publications and computer hardware and software consulting services; rental of computer hardware and software apparatus and equipment, respectively.
