MacRumors is reporting that Disney will be the first multimedia company to release movies for download on the iTunes Movie network, expectedto be announced officially on September 12th.
Again, Apple would like to provide downloads for a standard price of $9.99 but some companies would like new releases to be sold for $14.99. At the moment, only Disney has officially signed on to the movie program and will undoubtedly be the release company.
With the new iMac and Mac Mini revisions, sources are confirming that the release of a movie download program will take "centerstage" for this event.
