Several media outlets including Engadget, and Ars Technica are reporting that Apple has invited select members of the media to attend an event on March 17th. The event which is set to be held at Apple's Cupertino campus will give a preview of the next major iPhone OS upgrade.
Apple held a similar event last March to introduce the iPhone SDK and iPhone OS 2.0.
