Prior to the release of the MacBook Air at Macworld 2008 a reference to the machine was spotted in Adium stat logs. The logs which show usage of the Mac OS X based chat client were the first mention of the MacBook Air before its release. At the time it was mentioned that the machine name could easily be spoofed.
Now TUAW reports that a new model name has popped up in the stats, the "MacBookMini" could be a reference to the rumoured Apple touchscreen netbook.
