The iPad Wi-Fi + 3G differs very little from the Wi-Fi only iPad which shipped earlier in April, the only visual difference being the addition of a large black strip of plastic at the top of the device to allow for strong 3G signals. The Wi-Fi + 3G iPad also has a dedicated GPS chip for precise location data.
