Last week saw Apple and Twitter announced that Apple's music social networking site Ping would be integrated on the micro-messaging site Twitter. Users of Ping can now easily share their "song previews and links to purchase and download music from the iTunes Store right in their Tweets on Twitter.com".
On Twitter.com clicking on an iTunes link tweeted by someone will display the song and album details in the details pane and 23 countries where the iTunes Store offers music the song will also be able to be previewed.
Twitter can now be used to find friends on Ping.
Apple has also updated the iTunes store app on the iPad making Ping one of the icons along the bottom.
