Tickets for WWDC 2011 have sold out in under 9 hours. Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference was announced yesterday and will run from June 6-10 and offers a unique place for iOS and Mac OS developers to come and learn about development on Apple's platforms.
Many have taken to analysing the available "tracks" at WWDC this year to attempt to establish which direction Apple is taking its software development. Many note that the previous track labelled "Graphics & Media" is now titled "Graphics, Media, and Games." The same track last year included a lot of gaming related material but this year goes beyond just focusing on iOS.
Apple has also this year merged several tracks offering an advantage to those that develop for both iOS and Mac OS.
WWDC 2011 will run from June 6-10 in San Francisco.
