The DigiTimes is reporting that "Following recent signs of recovery for the price of NAND flash, industry sources are confident that the industry should break out of its low point as Apple is booking considerable capacity at chip makers."
The publisher which is historically inaccurate states that the orders are for 8GB NAND flash, which could be an increased capacity iPod nano, it goes on to report that Samsung and Hynix have both helped with the large order.
